Alison holds a Bachelor of Chinese Medicine degree from Guangzhou University of Chinese
Medicine, an Advanced Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Singapore College of
Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of
Singapore.
Her clinical practice areas include General health management (such as respiratory issues,
gastrointestinal disorders, injury and pain management), Mental wellness (for teenagers,
young adults, menopause and elderly), Post-stroke treatment and rehabilitation, and Skin
issues (such as acne, eczema, hives and psoriasis, etc.).
Alison believes TCM can play an important role in complementing modern medicine and
improving public health. She hopes to bring about more awareness and understanding of TCM
therapies to a wider audience through English medium health talks, seminars and workshops.
Alison was also previously a volunteer Physician and was under the mentorship of the
Head/Senior Physician for Stroke Rehabilitation at Singapore Chung Hwa Medical Institution.
